From fulfillment operator to tech platform
2014-2025: Building TikiNOW Fulfillment
Started as Tiki's internal fulfillment arm, processing orders for Vietnam's leading e-commerce platform. Built warehouses, hired teams and learned logistics the hard way—by doing it at scale.
2023-2025: Expanding to serve External Clients
Opened our fulfillment network to external brands and retailers. Successfully onboarded 20+ clients across fashion, FMCG, electronics, and beauty sectors. Managed complex multi-client operations with dedicated inventory pools, integrated with 10+ marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and built custom workflows for different business models—from B2C e-commerce to B2B distribution.
2024-2025: Productizing Our Platform
Realized our internal systems were solving problems for every e-commerce business. Began transforming our operational tools into a commercial platform—WMS, TMS, and Omni-Channel.
2025: TigerTech Launch
Officially launched as a standalone tech platform. Now serving brands, enablers and 3PL providers across Vietnam with battle-tested logistics technology.
